Hi

New to linux, this week in fact, got an old Thinkpad 240, 193mbram and 400mhz celeron. Installed Antix12 loved it, played a while, rebooted fine. Installed gimp from package manager, rebooted and keep being sent back to login and also cant boot up win 2000 from grub (can boot alt way by using floppy so I know the OS is there)

any ideas? I see someone had a similar return to login problem a good while back but they never posted their fix on the forum.

Also, are there any know mem leak issues? System seems to start slowing down , window manager slows. Maybe the hardware I am using is too basic?
