I know this is asking a lot but is there any way to fix the turbo boost issue?

It has been more than 1 year and I still can't use turbo boost in linux, I whish I could go at 2.8ghz.. but the max is 2.00ghz...

Is this a kernel issue or is actually there any app that can use the turbo boost?
