I would like to have a little how to use simplybackup, take img of a fresh install so that I can restore it, if/when I"crash" my new wonderful OS

A little update :

Simply any backtool with gui is good for me, back to usb disk or network to win or my to linux pc's. I DO really need this, since I will one time mess up my antiX system __{{emoticon}}__ Yes that I have done before.

Please help me with this. I need :

* Backup a fresh install
* Take backup of newer files
* Decide myself when and where to backup
