i have to connect to a proxy with user and password

i end up export http_proxy and edit
apt.conf

isnt there a single command or a single place to set the proxy systemwide?

Not sure I understand. But. Does

antixcc>session>global-desktop-session/startup <<<<<<<<text file in the folder>

be of any use?
