Is it prossible to upgrade an 8.5-Installation to v11 without losing customed things likes apps or data? and if yes how do I do this?

You should be able to update using apt-get, but that will not add the newer antiX apps, only update the apps you already have.

oops the problem is"solved". Because I try to make a dist-upgrade via smxi I destroyed my 8.5-Installation __{{emoticon}}__ So I made a fresh install from v11 ... __{{emoticon}}__

It doesn't matter because i took the same username and didn't format my /home, so all data were still there. I'm missing some of the old apps par example xmms *sniff*...hope that qmmp can replace it. But I will looking forward. __{{emoticon}}__

In next antiX version, xmms is coming back to replace qmmp.
