I am from Russia and my internet provider have blocked site antix.freeforums.org.
Solution:
1.Installing chromium (or Google) browser.
2.Installing extension friGate.
3 In options add name of list , then add your blocked site.
My working solution: add site

url was:"http://www.freeforums.org"
linktext was:"http://www.freeforums.org"

- proxy always on , add site antix.freeforums.org - proxy always on

Good work around.

Installing another browser and extension made my PC slow, so I find another solution site:

url was:"https://www.proxfree.com/"
linktext was:"https://www.proxfree.com/"

The easy way is to use Anonymouse!

But the best solution is probably Tor, which is in the repos.
