Hello, I been trying to get transparency working on JWM but can't seem to get it working as I can't enable transparency within apps that allow transparency. Fake transparency does work fine in fluxbox and icewm but not JWM. I have installed xcompmngr to see if it can help but it doesn't.
Currently using radeon driver in my Thinkpad T42.

Try changing around the 'opacity' values and see if that does anything.
