How to connect to OS Android (Galaxy pocket neo) with USB?

If using Android 4x . Mass Storage device is no longer used by Android.

Android uses MTP protocol now to transfer files. It is why I use a Blackberry instead. Funny how you gotta jump through more hoops on a Android than a Blackberry to use it on AntiX.

Funny how you gotta jump through more hoops on a Android than a Blackberry to use it on AntiX.
I have buy 2 galaxy pocket neo for children.Mobile phone is good for calling to me (my phone number) from beginner school.Their price are lowest with mobile connection in Kazan\Russia.(this is my thinks)
2nd question: Now I am connecting with ADSL.I don`t have wi-fi router.Can I connect to internet by mobile phone (galaxy pocket neo) , but using ADSL internet connection?
