Every time I reboot Antix 11, I need to re-run ceni to connect to the available networks, including re-entering credentials for secured networks.
How do I make these settings persist between sessions?

That should work in persistence. If it isn't then it is a bug.

Interesting... it does seem to work on network I'm on now, but not on home network, which requires authentication. Is there a way to re-init the connection (other than ifup/down from terminal?) without re-entering the credentials in ceni?

You could try saving the /etc/network/interfaces file once ceni has set up the credentials to somewhere in /home where it gets saved and on reboot copy back that file. Might work and saves some typing.
