How do I get out of here?

Pressing cont+alt+fi gets me into the interface but now I can not get out of it.
My computer will only boot into the interface. What command can I use to get back to my AntiX12 distro, please?

Thank goodness I can use the live CD to get onto the internet!!

Pulling my hair out I messed up my AntiX instalation during a repain install and never go to try these suggestions.
I just got through re-installing AntiX!
