Hello,
I had surched, but I'm not shure: __{{emoticon}}__
where can I find a bootable"iso" burner, that works, or is implemented on"antiX"- (I had killed win7 from the system) to burn the"mint" version for a live dvd? (I see never ending questions following each other and the operating of the"Terminal" is still a book with seven seals for me). __{{emoticon}}__

I would recommend Brasero disc burner:
========= SCRAPER REMOVED AN EMBEDDED LINK HERE ===========
url was:"https://packages.debian.org/jessie/brasero"
linktext was:"https://packages.debian.org/jessie/brasero"
====================================
. I assume this isn't your first rodeo burning isos (since you're typing from an antiX machine) so I'll spare you the tutorial.

Code: Select all

sudo apt install brasero

cdw is on the iso. You can run it from the run box on the menu. It's a console app, but menu based. I have a video about it on my channel.

Xfburn and simpleburn are other choices. For LiveUSB you can use unetbootin, which I think is on the antix 16 full by default.

Thanks very much for your help! All machines works fine, also"mint" on"my" wife's newer computer. I personly prefer the more spartanic systems like"antiX" and this works also very good on my 16 Years old machine ("amd athlon").

with best greetings to international workers first may - enzo.
