hi to all,installed antix on a hp pavilion dv1000 yesterday,to be honest im almost a total noob to linux,but managed to get the wireless to work,loving it so far.

Greetings!
The nice thing about learning linux with antix is that you are also more or less learning debian, which is the base for about a million distros (even ubuntu under the hood), so the skills will be useful on a variety of distros.
And our UI hides doesn't hide much from the user. After awhile, you'll wonder how you ever got anything done in windows.
