Have used Ubuntu on an old laptop for the last few years, having had to replace the HDD I am now trying out antiX as it is one of the few Linux distros that looked as though they would work well on older hardware. Other than it taking me a while to get the Intel Pro/Wirelss 2100 wireless card working all is looking good.
