Is there any application with which I can move the windows as if they were of rubber or something like that ?, that has cool effect for antix clear xD __{{emoticon}}__

(this does not produce"rubber windows" but) during a fluxbox session, you can:
right-click to access the RootMenu
then visit: }} Fluxbox Settings }} Configuration }} Transparency
click"Force Pseudo Transparency" to toggle it ON
and while hovering the menu entries for"Focused window alpha" &"Unocused window alpha"
left mouseclick lowers the alpha value, right mouselick raises the value

If you want to experiment (as in, if you break your system, you get to keep the pieces, haha hoho)
you can `sudo apt-get install compiz` and see whether it behaves well with your hardware.
Beforehand, you should google search for compiz window manager docs/tutorials to know what to expect.
Compiz is just a window manager ~~ you'll need to separately find/choose/install other components (e.g. lxpanel for taskbar). I don't use compiz, so can't assist further.

A safe way to experiment would be to install compiz during a liveusb (no persistence) session, then logout and log back in, after using F1 key to choose"compiz" at the SLiM login screen.

Simple way I use on small screens . But no woobly effects. is Alt>Left mouse click to grab windows so I could access the bottom buttons that were out of view on those small screens. Learned that when I had problems running the installer on 7 incher eeepc screens.

Like skidoo mentioned above. We subscribe to KISS principles.

Compiz is no longer provided by the official Debian repository since squeeze release, because of the abandonment of branch 0.8. The next version 0.9 is developed for unity by Ubuntu and has always been very unstable on other environments.

After researching on the web, some developers have taken the last sources 0.8.8 to fix bugs, remove the deprecated options and add enhancements on the different applications. This new version was pushed on Github and works very well on Debian, this is why this project has been created. The Debian packaging was updated from the old version 0.8.4 and successfully build for i386 and amd64 architectures. Compiz Debian provides packages for both Debian stable"jessie" and testing"stretch".

I can not install it, and did everything you told me to do but it does not work for me. When I install it, it tells me that there are even packages or something like that.

You can imagine how hard it is to answer that from way over here, from there.

Hmmm.
Since udev and systemd conflict I'm as yet unable to install...

I hope you realize. AntiX is a systemd free distro. Which means crudely. We allow no systemd libraries to be installed outside of our metapackage manager installer.

Maybe MX linux may be more to your speed/preferences. MX and AntiX walk hand in hand. But MX uses systemd and has compiz available < errrr, wild ass guessing by me __{{emoticon}}__ > .

is it kde that has shattering, smoking, swirling, wriggling desktop effects ..
Stevo at MX has"added" KDE to MXlinux in remaster-style . find
mxrepo.com/snapshots/Community_Respins/
(beyond happy wobbling the MX xfce4 will keep you sane; as will antix.)

Afterstep (windowmanger - my fav.) will allow you to specify a percentage of screen realestate above which only a band (frame) is drawn until the window is resized to save graphics load.
