Hello everyone. I wanted to say hi and announce myself as a new antix user. Ive used just about every distro out there, looking for something light, fast, yet I can use with the new programs. Finally tried antix. Wow. Ive never really used fluxbox, openbox, or icewm, but im impressed. Im using IceWM as my main DM now. You have satisified me. Ive tried the new gnome3 and the newer KDE distros, just not satisfied as they hog my ram. Ive been using linux since 2009, and have tried just about every distro on my computer. Antix runs like a dream, even with me using Sid repos :p Icewm is great, versatile like Ive never seen KDE and gnome to be, not to mention LIGHT on the resources. Thanks a bunch anticapitalista for setting up a minimalistic distro like this, that packs a punch in my opinion but is light on the resources. Anyway, I have, and will have this distro set up as my main distro from now on, with a spare partition to mess around with others. Good work, and keep it up.

If you've never tried a *box WM, you should definetely do so IMO. once you get to know them, they are awesome!
btw: I use blackbox now (fluxbox and openbox are based on blackbox)
