The last two times, I was in Firefox trying to post this message, don't remember what I was doing the first time. Not sure how to get more info at this point, but will continue futzing around. Usually antiX has no problem with this machine, and MX-15 runs without problem.

Thinking now it might have been Firefox. I installed Opera, and have been unable to make it crash with sites like YouTube, Amazon, etc.

Now will try Firefox again and see what happens...well, nothing after a few minutes of surfing around, now editing this post in FF. Maybe it was a one-off, as they say in a foreign land, we'll see if anybody else reports problems.
