Presumably as a preparatory step in moving it to the Control Center, GRUB Customizer has been hidden from the menu. Because it performs configuration only it is a good candidate for such a move.

GRUB Customizer will help a lot for those not really wanting to learn GRUB2 intimately. But then, learning GRUB2 isn't as hard as it seems.
