Hi! And if anytime you need to upgrade, antiX 8 base.iso will work in your box too.

Welcome!

Be careful with upgrading antiX-M7. It was released 29 October 2007 and the /apt/sources.list probably need changing.

You may find it easier to install the latest antiX. antiX-M8.
It was released in February 2009.

Hello,

I want to setup antix 8 and s100 as file- and printserver. (Perhaps in conjunction with Webmin or eBox). Is that possible? Is there anything not going out of the box? (I am new in antix, until now I use sidux)

Thank you for your answers.

Hello, antiX is based on Debian Testing so you should be able to do what you want to do like you do in sidux.
