Adam's recommendations on using UEFI:
01) If you can possibly manage it, have one OS per computer.
02) If you absolutely must have more than one OS per computer, at least have one OS per disk.
03) If you absolutely insist on having more than one OS per disk, understand everything written on this page, ...lay in a good stock of painkillers and gin...
04) Consider using Secure Boot if you don't build your own kernels or kernel modules or use proprietary NVIDIA/ATI drivers.
05) Don't do UEFI-native installs to MBR-formatted disks, or BIOS compatibility installs to GPT-formatted disks
06) Trust
