Hello,
I have a SD card in a card reader (card is NOT bootable anymore in my RaspberryPI with RASPBIAN...; Ubuntu 12.04 see the content automatically).
GPARTED in Antix see it.
But how to access the content of it in Antix? (after I made a CARD check with GPARTED).
When I try to view the content in /dev/sdd or /dev/sdd1 or /dev/sdd2, it says"I dont know how to open /dev/sddx"

when you insert the card, the filesystems present should be mounted in /media. it is not permissable to open the dev directly, as you must mount the filesystem ON the device.
if the rox filemanager doesn't show the card, try spacefm, also included in antix by default.

There is also a disk mount manager in the Control Panel. It can list devices.
Also, if the file system is ntfs, f.ex on a removable usb drive, it can lock up if not removed correctly (esp in Windows). Can be fixed with testdisk which I think is in Luddite full version. Or in windows.
