From RC to full version

I'm currently use Antix 15 RC. I want to change it to full stable release. How can i apply delta patch to RC release. I wonder if is more convinced to install full stable version from scratch.

The delta patch is to apply to the rc1.1 iso file, not an installed system.

OK. Simply apt-get update && apt-get upgrade command is sufficient upgrade from RC1.1 to full version?

A clean install of antiX 15 full is solved problem.
