Hi friends,

I updated Flash two days ago but today Iceweasel is blocking flash as unsafe.

The Shockwave flash plugin installed in Icewaeasel is the last 11.2.202.481.

Any advice?

Mozilla has blocked all versions of Flash since Monday on the basis that it is currently unsafe. It is possible to allow Flash on some sites.

If Flash is essential, Chrome might be the best browser to use, although I don't like it.

I've been using freshplayerplugin with pepperflash & removing the old flashplayer-plugin-nonfree entirely on all my boxen. Flash works much better that way. I have fewer flash crashes & browser freezes.

close browsers (iceweasel/firefox, chromium, etc) for safe operation
AS ROOT:
nano / etc/apt/sources.list.d/mx.list
uncomment mepis repos
apt-get update
apt-get purge flashplugin-nonfree
apt-get -f install freshplayerplugin pepperflashplugin-nonfree
AS USER:
cp /usr/share/doc/freshplayerplugin/freshwrapper.conf.example ~/.config/freshwrapper.conf
nano ~/.config/freshwrapper.conf

I changed the path to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libfreshwrapper-pepperflash.so

but not solution...

You can find pepperflah plugin also here:

/usr/lib/pepperflashplugin-nonfree/libpepflashplayer.so

I also tried this other path but without succes
