I am running antiX-15 and i use Chromium and Firefox to browser the web but i am constantly being told: You need to install Flash Player to play this content? Could anyone help please.

Also take a look at this for keeping the Chrome / Chromium Pepper Flash plugin up-to-date:
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --status
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --status
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install
