I am running antiX-15 and i use Chromium and Firefox to browser the web but i am constantly being told: You need to install Flash Player to play this content? Could anyone help please.

A lot of your questions can be answered by reading the red link in my signature on how to search for AntiX answers when stuck on not knowing what to do. I worded it funny because no one reads my signature anyways.

update-flashplugin-nonfree --install (as root)

Also take a look at this for keeping the Chrome / Chromium Pepper Flash plugin up-to-date:

sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --status
sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install
