topic title: eth0 gone after update

i had antix m8 put to sid repos and after dist-upgrade my eth0 was gone. same thing in antix with default repos.i'm now running in antix m8 with no update. my card according to inxi is:
Broadcom NetLink BCM5787M Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express

Did you try to reconfigure it with ceni?

second solution some help please step-by-step because i don't get it. as i understand i need to follow those steps to make a deb that it's allready posted and then what? because ubuntu has an deb installer, antix i don't know how to do that:

As root in terminal where the deb is downloaded

#dpkg -i tg3_3.92e-1_i386.deb

after removing the tg3 driver and dist-upgrade worked. i rebooted, all worked, but today my net keeps disconnecting and i can't browse at all. any ideas? same thing happend to me when i first installed tg3 driver but the problem stop happening after 10 minutes. also i noticed if i disable mpd, cups and lighttpd the net makes the same thing this is before i removed the tg3 driver. i'll reinstall antix and purge tg3 right form the start if same thing happens i'll wait for the next test. now i'm on liveusb. thanks.

edit: reinstalled it, when i first enter iceweasel dosen't work after a few refreshes the net start to work. it does this a every system start.
edit2: i'ved asked on mepislovers maybe someone knows the problem.
