Ran smxi script on new hd install of antiX8 b2, installed new kernel, was doing dist-upgrade using aptitude, got almost done then ran into:

Unpacking replacement linux-image-2.6.27-1-mepis-smp ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-image-2.6.27-1-mepis-smp_2.6.27-7mepis1_i386.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite `/lib/modules/2.6.27-1-mepis-smp/kernel/drivers/net/tg3.ko', which is also in package tg3
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)

showed error 255, thought I had done something wrong, so I reinstalled antiXM8 b2, then ran apt-get update then apt-get dist-upgrade, got the same error, except of course the error message was

E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

has anyone else run into this?
