topic title: Desktop icons gone

Hi, when I log into AntiX my desktop icons are gone I need to go to DESKTOP > SETTINGS > ROXPINBOARD ON/OFF to activate them. How do I keep the desktop icons always active, Thanks.

it could be that you've logged in in icewm/fluxbox (whatever you're using) instead of in icewm-rox/fluxbox-rox.
press f1 during login to change your window manager and see if they get back then.
edit: i think you can change the default manager to be booted by going to controlcentre , session , edit login options and then change xinitrc_default from what it says with you to startRox-fluxbox/icewm (again whatever you use) and then it should be ok, i am not sure so do it at your own risk and take a backup!
