A utility named Speedcrunch provided this functionality in antiX-13.2, but it is not included in antiX-15. However a desktop (GUI) calculator is shipped in 15 (it was also in 13.2), it is just not present in the menu.
It is easy to add, perhaps via Menu Manager.
Name it Calculator or whatever you prefer
In the launch parameters field enter the name of the executable to run, xcalc
A suitable icon is available at /usr/share/icons/Faenza-Cupertino-mini/apps/48/calc.png
