When I am logging in like normal desktop user, I have the current directory in my PATH variable three times.
I tracked down the session start up and find, that the 4. line In the /usr/local/lib/desktop-session/lib-desktop-session.sh file contains

PATH=.:$PATH
If I comment out this line, the PATH will be nice again __{{emoticon}}__ , and everything seems to work normally.
