I've got it running well enough that I have converted all my data off SlackoPup 5.7.0, and have 4 machines capable of running from either hard drive or USB.

I got my chrome browser data exported, and that was the last major hurdle. I plan to put it into a password database and load my bookmarks into other browsers.

When travelling, I will be running from my work laptop from USB, and normally I'll be running the same software from an installed remaster I loaded to my SSD drive.

I still have to figure out how to sync the data that gets changed, but that's not the end of the world.

And thanks to people like anti, skidoo, dave and bitjam and roky and samk especially, and others too!! I know I asked a lot of questions getting to this point.
