topic title: Changes made to conky do not work..

I made conky show how much battery i have left, but it only does so, after i turn it off and then on again. So every time i boot. i have to turn conky off and then on again to make it display any changes i made to it.What am i doing wrong??

Which Desktop are you using? Icewm?

You need to make a change also in the ~/.conky directory with the text file conky_icewm
for changes to take in Icewm.
