topic title: Cannot connect to web

I have set up my wireless card and can obtain an IP address, but I cannot access the web.

Have tried both the Auto dhcp and dhclient without success.

Please advise.

Try running Ceni. Don't know why but I always had to run Ceni to get my browser to work in 8.2 even though WICD showed the internet was connected.
