topic title: can't use sgfxi cause of wget-error

I want to order a nvidia card, so i looked if sgfxi is working on my system, but it isn't.

Out of X and as root I get something like the following when running sgfxi:

the options --inet6-only and --inet4-only are together not allowed
Tried to add inet6_only= off to wgetrc , but it didn't change anything, so I really don't know what to do.
