Just a general question. I currently have antiX 8.5 w/ KDE liquorix kernel setup exactly how I want it on my netbook, but would like to eventually upgrade to 11 final when it goes gold. Would this be possible without a re-install?
My initial impression is yes. Just hoping the process is easy and inituitive like apt-get update, apt-get upgrade or using the smxi script as if it was a rolling release.

You should be ok with apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade. You won't get antiX-M11 as the antiX-specific 'goodies' have not been debianised and there is no repo. But you will have your antiX-M8.5-kde up to date.
I would advise upgrading regularly to avoid huge downloads.

Thanks anti! Yes, its been almost 3 months since I ran an update. I'll do one tonight, but I'm sure it will be fairly huge, especially with the KDE packages.
