I like all work bro. But I gotta tell ya. All my gear is 1024x768 or smaller like 1024x600. I live with it. But I avoid the larger 1200X750 ones that you make most of the time. If I am really wanting one. I will download and resize with gimp. Happy Trails, Rok

Of course, if it has the same aspect ratio there's no need to resize or scale: you can just use the 'Scaled' option in Nitrogen (the background chooser).
Just to tell you that in a stock antiX you can resize an image with mtPaint. If it is already in the right aspect ratio then you use Image > Scale Canvas.... If you need to crop it to fit then you select what you want and press Ctrl+Shift+X to crop. Then Save or Save as...rokytnji wrote:I like all work bro. But I gotta tell ya. My skillset with mtpaint is abysmal at best. __{{emoticon}}__Just to tell you that in a stock antiX you can resize an image with mtPaint.

Guys I ask from you guys to excuse me on this one. I will make from now the world papers 1920X1200 and 1024x768 and maybe another resolution as you can see I did a poll on the site so visitors can vote for their resolution. I know I have said before that I will try and I did a few with 1024 but from now on I will do it also 1024x768 at the same time I will do the 1920x1200. I do not want you guys to have to change the resolutions all the time...You should be able to get your wallpapers on your wish resolution.. Because I do so many in 1920 and the problem is when you make any circular image the circle becomes like an egg circumference and as you change the resolution also the long lines which touch the end of the squares become a problem also.. I think I Have an idea how to do this so that by changing the resolutions the image are exact.
Don't worry guys I will do my best...
Best Regards,

Thanks for all the work and don't pay to much attention to the gnarly biker out in west Texas. I post once in a while after having a hard day and aint thinking to clearly. You have a good one and don't sweat the small stuff. Happy Trails, Rok
Dude, You have nothing to apologize for. And stepping in to make wallpapers and then paying attention to my whiny little response is more than the call of duty asks for.Guys I ask from you guys to excuse me on this one

True Sakasa. I don't know which resolutions you should choose to concentrate (now with the netbooks or whatever...mine is an old 17" CRT).
As I said above in some case that one image can't be scaled without being distorted we can very easily crop it in mtPaint (select area > Ctrl+Shift+X).
roky, GIMP must be way more complex than mtPaint. You can use the latter for these simple things because it opens much quicker. Of course if you like and if you have Imagemagick installed (doesn't come in antiX) you can learn
