I think it looks great!
I still have to burn and then get VirtualBox installed before installing this one. I don't want to mess up my Lysistrata install on my old laptop just yet. __{{emoticon}}__

That is very nice erie! Two questions:
1. Would you be willing to post your .conkyrc?
2. What dock are you using and how do I install it?

Love it!
So are you using fluxbox more than xfce?
Where did you get the icons/theme for rox?
Is that comic sans font?
I also like your conky for the same reason as DJiNN.
Jaws, I think the 'kicker'/dock is wbar. There is a thread on this forum somewhere.

It's the Gartoon icon theme in the repos on PCMANFM. It works great. The font is Comic sans ms.Where did you get the icons/theme for rox?

Hey erie, firstly thanks for the feedback and secondly, you've finally got the fluxbox bug __{{emoticon}}__
There is so much you can do with fluxbox and keep RAM usage down. It can be made to be as pretty, complex or simple as you like and what I really like about fluxbox, it doesn't get in your way.
I just love it.
Edit: Actually, you don't *need* to install antiX-M7.2 over your Lysistrata version if you don't want to. If you just want the antiX changes ie other than the Debian upgrades, I can let you know what they are so you'll get a 'full' antiX-M7.2. I need to work on this in the future to get a real and full upgrade path from one antiX to another that includes my config changes.

Thanks!
anti, I would love to have just the changes for 7.2. It would save me a lot of time on my laptop. I'm still going to install the whole 7.2 in Virtual Box, but something went wrong with making the hard disk, and I haven't had a chance to figure it out yet. I probably just need to go through the wiki steps again; I must have missed something.anticapitalista wrote:Edit: Actually, you don't *need* to install antiX-M7.2 over your Lysistrata version if you don't want to. mariel77,
It is very late here, I'll try and get the changes to you tomorrow before I go on a 3 day 'political' trip to Athens on Friday night.
To start with you should be able to do an (it will download quite a lot from M7.01 if you haven;t upgraded)
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
to get up-to-date with the Debian and Mepis repos without breaking anything.
If you want to simulate before committing, do
apt-get -s dist-upgrade
