I'm using antiX Sid from a regular antiX 8 cd, it runs flawlessly.
I'm planning on installing antiX Base and end up with antiX Lenny. Does the Multimedia megapack during the installation, install everything dealing with video watching, music listening, etc? So i don't have to worry about missing a package? Or does it give you a list?
Thanks,

The meta-installer is for after antiX has been installed to hard-disk (well, not quite as you can use it in livecd mode)
The multimedia-phonetics option is not what you want.
You need the Non-free video to get the necessary codecs, libdvdcss2 and lame to play encrypted dvd and mp3.
You then need to install a video and audio player. You probably want mplayer-nogui (it also plays audio files)
