Try this:
Once installed open the run command and type"xpenguins"(no quotes). You will love it.

My question on this. Do you think it is cool to use something like this without actual permission? I mean, its posted on the web, but that doesn't actually mean its ok to change or use, right? Just a question.

How do you cut an image from a picture like this? I read about 'layers'. How does that work? I am finding the gimp a little complicated, or maybe I am making it so.
I tried an exacto blade, but that only cut my screen. __{{emoticon}}__
