I just finished doing this today about 25 minutes ago. It looks like the ENTIRE os was upgraded.,

Yeah -- it was over 1100 files total my first dist-upgrade going strictly Testing

I've got this going after a reinstall -- you're right, jdmeaux, it's going to replace nearly every package on the system when you switch from the"stable" packages that are distributed in the .iso to the corresponding"testing" packages. Previous versions of antiX (it's my understanding) older than 13 wouldn't have done this; they were distributed with testing version files in the first place. The way I read it, 13.x is done this way so that the as-installed version will be more reliable on systems that may not get updated often (or at all).SaminBare wrote:Yeah -- it was over 1100 files total my first dist-upgrade going strictly Testing
