Both are VERY nice, and Sakasa, I finally figured out what was causing the issue. When I am physically in the office, I can grab images. When I am on my home computer, I can grab images as well, but when I am working from home and accessing the office network over VPN, that is when I cannot get the images.

I will have to put the images on my office computer when I am there, or get them on my home system and send them to my office system.
