I have an install of antiX M-8 and the boot process hangs at the install of network interface card drivers. It is looking for rtl8139 drivers and that is not the card I am using, even though it is built in to the motherboard. Is there a way to take control of the boot/startup process and stop the loading of drivers which are not going to be used?

Hello.

1. For startup services, you could try
menu > antixcc > system > choose startup services

2. For your wireless card, you could try
menu > network > connect > rutilt
