I noticed the keyboard layout window where one can choose between 10 languages (British to US). I think that there's still some room on improvement on this, although it's allready workable and better than some other linux distro's. The improvement could be to list the keyboard layouts instead (so instead of"french", it would state say"fr-latin9", ... See also

for a list of layouts. Also, it should mention whether it is an azerty-keyboard, qwerty, ... (this could be done in a different column). In SliTaz, it's more or less this way, and it's much clearer, and still not as comprehensive/cumbersome as say Lxkeymap.

I was hoping this could be changed in one of the next Antix versions.

In addition, using specific (unconventional) keyboard layouts (via direct commands) can perhaps be covered in the Antix Help manual.
