Hi all,
I have the latest antix installed, and i installed gnome from the meta-package installer. Which worked fine but its gnome 3... is there a way to install gnome 2 instead?

Quick answer is no as antiX uses Testing repos.
You could install antiX-core and build up from there as core uses Stable repos.
