Hmm,
Your screenshot has me a bit puzzled....
How come your dual moniter setup has the fluxbox toolbar only on one screen? With my dual moniter setup it always spreads across the top of both screens.

Thats because my bar is set to 50% so it's just on one LCD, I dont like it when it spans across the whole thing.
