antix-15 "Final-Delta"

A friend of mine asked me this question:

I went to DL the latest antiX, and find there's been
a"Final-Delta" file uploaded, days after the main ISO.
What does this thing mean Mikey? Does the main file need
repair or something? Will the ISO work if I download it
alone? Give me your insider information!

Can anybody elaborate on this?

the rc1.1-final_delta file is a xdelta3 binary patch that lets you convert the antiX-15-rc1.1-V_386-full.iso file to antiX-15-V_386-full.iso. If you haven't already downloaded antiX-15-rc1.1-V_386-full.iso then just ignore it.
