Sorry for necrobumping, but I got my netbook repaired by replacing a 667MHz RAM chip with a 800MHz one. I remembered that when I got the netbook it had a 800MHz chip. Then I've read that 667MHz is the right one and replace it. Didn't use it for some time after that. And then the crashes started. Funny is that the memtest on a live CD didn't show any errors.
