Just uploaded another fluxbox style/wallpaper/conky config for download. Here is a screenshot.
To download go to:

I'm working on a different conky config for this theme. If all goes well I will post that later.
Hope you enjoy it!

Just added a larger conky config to this theme for those who want to know a little more about their system...or want more eye candy!
I prefer the slimmer version but felt I was stuck in a rut. I decided to learn more about conky and kick things up a notch. __{{emoticon}}__ I did learn a bunch and will be tweaking my slim conky config with this new knowledge.

Very nice.
But what's the configuration to get the bar graph for disk-space in conky? I keep getting it wrong somehow and it never shows up...

Nice work Impuwat and I too am jealous of your Conky config. I do not use Fluxbox but do use Conky. I will try it on my KDE desktop. Thanks for posting it.

Thanks for the config info, impuwat. It works! But your display is really sharp and clean. Mine is grainy and cramped. I guess I need to tinker with fonts...
Edit: To heck with tinkering. I just went ahead and downloaded your Big Mac Conky file. Looks beautiful on my old laptop screen.

Malanrich: Glad to hear it worked for you.
xtoecutter: Looks very nice! I'm not sure about amaroK. I don't think so...only because a review of conky variables doesn't show anything for amaroK.
Go to:
========= SCRAPER REMOVED AN EMBEDDED LINK HERE ===========
url was:"http://conky.sourceforge.net/variables.html"
linktext was:"http://conky.sourceforge.net/variables.html"
====================================
That table describes the different conky variables that are possible. The list does list variables for xmms2, mpd, audacious, and bmpx. Things like current artist playing, etc.
You can run 2 conkys and I recently saw a screenshot of a desktop running a rss feed conky on the right side of the wallpaper. That looked like a challenge and something interesting. Utilizing scripts you can run gmail notifiers, weather data, etc.

I found an example here of Conky with amaroK.

url was:"http://conky.sourceforge.net/screenshots.html"

I then made a few adjustments and got a little of what I wanted. Just need to keep tweaking. __{{emoticon}}__

Sweet....so it appears to get amaroK into conky you need to use a script. I'm playing with some scripts as well. I will post the results here shortly.
Maybe we should move this discussion somewhere it will be more easily accessed by those wanting conky info? Tips and Tricks?

Nice work. I edited the colors a little to show up better on my dark wallpaper and it makes for some really nice eyecandy! Thanks! __{{emoticon}}__
