The hole at the place of the missing case fan closed and PCI slot below AGP card opened. So intake air goes directly to VGA & chipset heatsink.
External air flow flap applied to direct outgoing air upwards, so it doesn't sinked again.

Result: CPU core idle temperature lowered by 8°C, measured at 21°C ground level room temperature.
Price of materials used: $ 0.01. ( 1x used A4 paper, 1x used A4 cover, 10 cm adhesive tape). Worktime: 30 minutes.

Great!
Here is my version, which still needs some work.
I taped up all the holes in the box, except the vent at the front bottom, which got a piece of paint booth filter.
Then made a cardboard/duct-tape duct from the cpu fan, and out the vent hole in the back.
I have no idea how well it works, as I never tried this box without it.
It will have a second duct from the intake to the cpu area, so it can pull"outside" air, and not the preheated"inside" air.
And I think I have to do something to the transformer box, it does get a little hot.
