Loaded up a computer with Slackware 12 today -- to me, running Slackware is sort of like going to a high school reunion -- familiar, comfortable, sometimes uncomfortable, but feels like home.

Anyway, got to the"which default windows manager would you like to load" question. I have always said KDE. For the first time in my life, I answered"Fluxbox."

Once you get used to fluxbox, it takes some beating.
