I was having problems booting antix on my T-22 laptop, so I found a site where it tells how to remove linux software. I did it by formatting the part of the hard drive where antix was. However I failed to repair the bootloader. Now I cannot boot the computer. Even when I select boot from the CD ROM drive, it still tries to boot from the hard drive. Any ideas on how I can fix my stupid mistake?

Formating the hard drive should have no effect on being able to boot from LiveCD. In fact, you should be able to boot from a LiveCD even if there is no hard drive (as long as an overly protective BIOS doesn't have fits).
I'd certainly suggest that you try to boot from the LiveCD again. Try a different LiveCD if one is easily available. If you still have no joy then go into the BIOS settings and change the boot order so it only tries to boot from the LiveCD and not from anywhere else. If that doesn't work then maybe you will have to appease your BIOS by giving it a bootable hard drive but that seems very strange to me.

Well, I am making progress. I removed the hard drive and tried to boot, still would not boot. I re-installed the hard drive and now it will boot from CD. I am using acronis to wipe the drive and will reinstall my W2K backup and start over with installing antix as a dual boot. Hopefully I will be smarter the second time through and that I will be able to get my wireless working in antix.
